The first version

For the work you do every day.

A connected record of the checks, decisions and follow-ups that keep a dishroom moving.

01Capture the checksReadings, inspections and photos.

Record daily warewash checks, manual readings and QA inspections on a phone. Select a machine by QR code, attach photos and documents, and keep captured work on the device when offline for sync after reconnecting.

02See what needs attentionA status, a blocker, a next step.

Understand readiness from the submitted inspection and valid evidence. See the reason behind the status, the evidence that needs refreshing and the next recommended action.

03Follow the fixCorrective work, independently verified.

Assign corrective actions, capture fresh passing evidence and record who resolved and who independently verified the work. Tasks, due dates, escalation and device alerts keep follow-up visible.

04Prepare the evidenceA bilingual Audit Pack.

Bring together checklist evidence, readings, corrective-action history and staff health-certificate records in an English and Arabic Audit Pack. Track certificate expiry and follow-up reminders.

05Understand the costsCost per cover and monthly value.

Use manual or Excel covers, chemical consumption and documented product costs. Cost results carry their currency and an Estimated or Calibrated accuracy label. The Monthly Value Receipt separates corrected work from independently verified work.

06Keep service movingIssues, refills and GDF visits.

Report an issue, request a chemical refill or ask GDF for a service visit. Follow the request through scheduling, technician work and the visit report, including dosing verification.

The daily loop

How a check becomes a next step.

The evidence tells you what needs attention. The workflow records what happened next.

Fresh passing evidence + independent verification.

Both are needed to recover from a failed item. Completing the action alone is not enough.
  1. 01

    Capture

A baseline QA inspection opens evaluation. Daily checks and readings keep the evidence current.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

See the readiness status, the blocker and the next action.

  3. 03

    Resolve

Fix the issue and capture fresh passing evidence.

  4. 04

    Independently verify

An eligible person other than the resolver verifies the corrective action.

  5. 05

    Report

Readiness is re-evaluated and recorded. The Audit Pack brings the evidence together.

The inspection conversation

The evidence, in one place.

A bilingual record of readings, corrective actions and evidence.

  • Readings and evidence
  • Corrective-action history
  • Staff certificate records

Readiness is based on submitted evidence against the cited jurisdiction.

What the pack makes clear

The Audit Pack records the program and content versions, evidence provenance, readiness blocker and next action. Applicable notices identify checklist content, thresholds or authority wording still pending verification. It supports an inspection conversation; it does not guarantee an inspection outcome.

A practical view of costs

What does each cover cost?

Covers entered manually or through Excel. Costs supported by documented inputs.

V1 focuses on warewash costs. Each result shows its data sources and accuracy label.

Monthly Value Receipt

A monthly account of evidence generated, issues found and corrected, independently verified work and cost per cover. Any value or savings estimate discloses its assumptions.

Chemical costCoversQAR / cover

Monthly chemical cost divided by guests served. Built from consumption entries and the applicable product costs.

Monthly Value Receipt

Findings, corrections and clear assumptions.

GDF service

When the team needs support.

Service, refills and dosing, with a clear route from request to recorded outcome.

Request a service visit

  2. 02GDF schedules
  3. 03Technician visits
  4. 04Recorded outcome

Request a chemical refill

  1. 01Request
  2. 02Manager approval
  3. 03GDF fulfilment

Customers request service. GDF schedules and assigns technicians.

What happens after the request?

The customer can follow request status, the scheduled visit and the technician report. Service visits capture actions, readings, photos and dosing verification. A steward’s refill request needs manager approval; a manager’s request is approved when created.

Qatar first

Start with warewash.

Seven hygiene programs, with machine warewash at the heart of Version 1.

Activation depends on published Qatar content and branch setup.

How program activation works

GDF activates a program for a branch when its jurisdiction-specific checklist, readiness rules and required thresholds are published. Programs that have not been activated remain visible as Available / Not activated.
